About the Performance
Cocoon (2019) is a solo choreographed and performed by Kyle Abraham that premiered at The Joyce Theater. The work pairs costume design by couturier Giles Deacon with arrangements of Björk songs by Nicholas Ryan Gant and his gospel choir, Vocal Energy.
