New Film

A candid, motion-blurred photo taken from a low angle looking up, showing a person mid-gesture with an arm raised, framed by tree branches against an overcast sky, with visible film-frame edges suggesting an analog 35mm still.

Chapter 1.

We're launching into a new chapter. A new name, a new website made possible by the Bloomberg Philanthropies Digital Accelerator Program, and now, a dance film in collaboration with filmmaker, director, and photographer Christian Padron. Chapter 1 represents Kyle Abraham Dance Vanguard’s enduring passion for collaborating with inspiring artists across mediums to create art and opportunity both onstage and beyond.
