Danielle LeBron

DANIELLE LeBRON (Development Manager and Board Liaison; she/her) is an artist and arts administrator whose work centers on mobilizing resources, expanding visibility, and creating the conditions for meaningful cultural change. 

LeBron has been passionate about dance since an early age,a commitment that shaped her training at the Professional Performing Arts High School and continued through a BFA in Dance from Montclair State University (2020) and an MFA in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky (2022).

During her undergraduate years, LeBron gained experience through internships with RIOULT Dance NY and dance schools in her hometown of Queens, New York. She also spearheaded a pilot program for an Arts Administration minor at Montclair State University, the first of its kind at the university. The program connected students with industry professionals and professors who could offer insight into the inner workings of arts organizations and the range of careers within the field. Alongside this work, LeBron volunteered as a dance teacher at local dance schools while supporting day-to-day administrative operations,strengthening her leadership skills and belief in the power of well-resourced arts institutions. 

In her current role as Development Manager and Board Liaison, LeBron supports individual giving, institutional fundraising, donor stewardship, and board engagement. She works closely with the Executive Director, board leadership, and staff to align fundraising priorities with the company’s artistic and community impact goals. She also coordinates board materials and meeting logistics and maintains communications with funders and other stakesholders. LeBron joined Kyle Abraham Dance Vanguard in 2023.
